The Concerned Citizens of East Vincent Township (CCOEV) is a group of residents dedicated to providing updates about important township matters. Formed in 2004 to fight a development on the Reiff farm which threatened the headwaters of French Creek, an Exceptional Value Stream, the group now turns its focus on the many current issues that affect East Vincent. This Blog is being formed to further citizen’s participation in Township government affairs.  CCOEV’s mission is to inform East Vincent citizens about the happenings occurring in their Township and enable EVT government to consider opinions held by its members. This is an advocacy group and we will publish non biased reports of events and separately state the group’s stance on those questions.
